Convert Vendor/Partner Number Formats

Use the Vendor/Partner Key Format utility to reformat the length, delimiter, and/or delimiter position for your vendor/partner numbers.

Prerequisite: Back up your GovWin Capture Management database.

To reformat vendor/partner numbers, complete the following steps:

1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Formats > Vendor/Partners.
2. Complete the fields on the Key Convert Vendor/Partner Format form.
3. Review the Sample Value field to see the format as it will be after the key conversion is run.
4. Click Run to run the key format conversion.
