Key Convert Contracts Form

Use the Key Convert Contracts form to change one or more contract numbers throughout GovWin Capture Management or to combine/close out contract data into a single contract.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Contracts.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Contracts	Select this option if you want to combine existing contracts. GovWin Capture Management allows you to enter an existing contract number in the New Contract field.
Contract	Select the contract number(s) you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Contract lookup to select one contract number. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Contract lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all contract numbers.
Name	Displays the name of the contract. Click this field to go to the Contract Info Center, where you can modify contract data.
New Contract	Enter an existing contract number if the Combine Existing Contracts option is selected. Enter a new contract number if the Combine Existing Contracts option is cleared.
