View Current Numbering Formats

GovWin Capture Management comes with a default numbering structure for many numbers, such as contract and employee numbers.

You can use the Numbering tab of General System Settings to view the format currently set up for your firm. However, you cannot modify the length and formats of your key fields on this tab. To change the lengths and format, use the Key Formats utility.

To view current numbering formats, complete the following steps:

1. From the GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click Configuration > General > System Settings.
2. On the General System Settings form, click the Numbering tab.
3. View the fields on this tab.
