Display the DPS Icon in an Outlook Email

This applies for Microsoft Outlook Web App (OWA).

Prerequisites: You must have the Outlook add-in installed.

To display the DPS icon in an Outlook email:

1. Open OWA.
2. From the Outlook Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, or any custom folder, open an email that has a recipient or a sender who is entered as a contact in the Contacts hub in DPS. The DPS icon displays to the left of the Reply all option in the email. If you have a lot of apps, may display in the Add-ins drop-down menu beside Reply All.
