The Cycle pop-up form is used to define a Cycle Name for a Schedule Cycle.
A schedule cycle is a multiple day pattern of schedules that can repeat numerous times. You first define a Cycle Name with a start date and cycle length. Next, you define the schedules for each day within the schedule cycle.
To view the Cycle form, click the button next to the Cycle Name field on the Schedule Cycle form and select Add, Lookup, or Maintain from the pop-up menu.

This field identifies the Cycle Name.
Description
This field contains general description of the cycle name.
Reference Date
This field identifies the date on which this cycle takes effect. The first day of the cycle falls on the reference date.
Cycle Length
This is the number of days included in this cycle.
Update Date, Updated By
These fields display when the record was created or updated, and the person who created or updated the record.
Click Main Menu > Administration > Schedules > Schedule Cycle.
Select a Cycle Name from the drop-down list.
You can also click the button next to the Cycle Name field and select Lookup from the pop-up menu.
Select the Cycle Name you want and click OK to return to the main Schedule Cycle form.
Click Find to display the schedule cycle records.
The Reference Date and the Cycle Length will display next to the Cycle Name at the top of the Schedule Cycle form. The individual days in the Schedule Cycle will display in the grid.
Click Main Menu > Administration > Schedules > Schedule Cycle.
Click the button next to the Cycle Name field and select Add from the pop-up menu.
Enter a Cycle Name and Description.
Enter a Reference Date. This is date of the very first day (Day 1) in the cycle.
In the Cycle Length field, enter the number of days that are included in this cycle.
Click Save.
Next, you can define a schedule for each day in the cycle using the Add Day option on the Schedule Cycle form.
Click Main Menu > Administration > Schedules > Schedule Cycle.
Click the button next to the Cycle Name field and select Maintain from the pop-up menu.
Select the cycle name you want to edit and click Modify.
On the Modify Cycle pop-up form, you can change the Description, Reference Date, and Cycle Length.
Click Save.
Click Main Menu > Administration > Schedules > Schedule Cycle.
Click the button next to the Cycle Name field and select Maintain from the pop-up menu.
Select the cycle name you want to duplicate and click Copy.
On the Copy Cycle pop-up form, change the Cycle Name and Description.
Click Save and Add to duplicate the cycle name again, or click Save to save your new cycle name and return to the Cycle form.
Click Main Menu > Administration > Schedules > Schedule Cycle.
Click the button next to the Cycle Name field and select Maintain from the pop-up menu.
Select the cycle name you want to remove and click Delete.
Click OK to confirm the action.
