Detail Form: Rulesets Profile Details
The Rulesets Profile form is used to create Ruleset Profiles. A Ruleset Profile is a sequenced collection of Analytics rulesets. These rulesets can be used to generate output for the KPI Dashboard gauges and KPI Report.
A Ruleset Profile is assigned to specific events in a Process Policy (via the Events tab on the Process Policy form). When a person posts the event, the system check’s the person’s Process Policy to see which Ruleset Profile is assigned to the event. This Ruleset Profile will become the event’s Process Name; you can view these processes on the Transaction Process Status form. The ANALYTICS service (which is configured to run for specific Ruleset Profiles) will process events that also have this Ruleset Profile as their Process Name.
On the main Rulesets Profile form you will define the Ruleset Profile name. On the Rulesets Profile Details tab, you will assign Analytics rulesets to the Ruleset Profile.
You can use the system-defined Ruleset Profile that is included with the application, or you can create your own.

Profile Name
Name of the Ruleset Profile.
Context Name
Context for the rulesets in the Ruleset Profile. A Context Name is used to categorize rules based on their function. Currently only the Analytics context is available for Ruleset Profiles.
Update Date, Updated By
These fields display when the record was created or updated, and the person who created or updated the record.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Rules > Ruleset Profile.
The available Ruleset Profiles appear in the middle of the form.
To select a specific profile, select it from the Profile Name field at the top of the form and click Find.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Rules > Ruleset Profile.
Click Add.
Enter a Profile Name.
The Context Name has only one option, Analytics.
If you want to add more than one profile, click Save and Add to save the current record and keep the Add form open. Or click Save to save the current record and return to the main form.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Rules > Ruleset Profile.
Select the profile you want to remove and click Delete.
Click OK to confirm the action.
When you Copy a Ruleset Profile, the Ruleset Profile Details will be copied as well.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Rules > Ruleset Profile.
Select the profile you want to duplicate and click Copy.
Change the Profile Name.
The Context Name has only one option, Analytics.
If you want to duplicate the profile again, click Save and Add to save the current record and keep the Add form open. Or click Save to save the current record and return to the main form.
