The Interface Out Event form allows you to configure which event-specific transactions the system should send to the ERP when you run the Out service.

Interface Name
Interface Name defines the characteristics of a particular external interface such as Get, Process, and Sync.
Get = Receiving data
Process = Send data
Sync = Sync data
Event Name
Identifies the event that this record applies to. An event is any action recorded by the system (such as a clock-in, a clock-out, the completion of a labor task, etc.).
Transaction Name
The Transaction Name corresponds with the type of transaction that this record applies to.
Update Date, Updated By
These fields display when the record was created or updated, and the person who created or updated the record.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Interfaces > Interface Out Event.
If necessary, click the Filter button to display the filter fields.
Use the Interface Name and Transaction Name filter fields if you want to view specific Interface Out Events.
Click Find.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Interfaces > Interface Out Event.
Click Add.
Select an Interface Name.
Select an Event Name.
Select a Transaction Name.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Interfaces > Interface Out Event.
Select the record you want to modify and click Modify.
Modify the necessary fields.
Click Save.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Interfaces > Interface Out Event.
Select the record you want to delete and click Delete.
Click OK to confirm the action.
Click Main Menu > Configuration > Interfaces > Interface Out Event.
Select the record you want to duplicate and click Copy.
Modify the necessary fields.
Click Save.
