The Export Parameters form (Main Menu > Payroll > Exports > Output > View Parameters) appears when you click View Parameters in the Output tab of the Exports form.
Parameter Name
The parameter name identifies the parameter details of the export. These values were configured in the Exports form. The various parameters are listed below:
Export Name: Applies to the export that was selected to run. Export Names are defined in the Export form.
Output Name: Applies to the Output Name field in the Exports form. The Parameter Value for this field is the name of the export instance.
New Records: Indicates whether the New Records box was checked in the Exports form. If the box was checked at the time of the export, the Parameter Value will be "true." If the box was not checked, the Parameter Value will be "false."
Prev Exp Records: Applies to the Prev Exp Records checkbox in the Exports form. If the box was checked at the time of the export, the Parameter Value will be "true." If the box was not checked, the Parameter Value will be "false."
Preview Export: Indicates whether the Preview Export box was checked in the Exports form. If this box was checked at the time of the export, the Parameter Value will be "true." If this box was not checked, the Parameter Value will be "false."
Parameter Name: Applies to the Parameter Name field in the Export form. For Payroll Exports, the Parameter Name column displays the Pay Policies that can be included in the export. Note that export users will only have access to Pay Policies that are configured in their Security Data Role. For Action and Labor Exports, there will be one parameter called "Action" or "Labor."
Parameter Value
Identifies the value of the parameter in the Parameter Name field.
Start Date, End Date
The Start Date and End Date indicate the date range of records to export for the specified Parameter Name.
