You can apply a number of filter options when searching for conversations and documents.

| Include In Search
|
By default, the system will search against subject and document numbers, document titles, comments, and notes. You can limit the search to just one or two options.

| Participants
|
You can filter the results to return content that is associated with selected people. This includes people that have created a conversation or document, added comments, or notes. When you add multiple people, it will return all conversations and documents that involve at least one of the selected people. Click
Add Person to add people to search against.

| Organizations
|
You can filter the results to return content that is associated with one or more organizations. This includes conversations where people from one of the selected organizations have made a comment, and documents originating from one of the selected organizations. Click
Add Organization to add organizations to search against.
Note: This option is only available when searching within a project space.

| Start and End
|
You can specify a date range for when conversations and documents that were last updated.
|
| Only include discussions that @mention me
|
You can choose to show only results for conversations and documents that mention you.
|
After selecting the desired filters, click
Apply to filter the results.
