Work with Documents

You can add, manage, share, and collaborate on project documents within a project space.

Deltek Collaboration® provides a centralized place for storing and managing controlled project documents. You can upload any file type, including Microsoft documents, PDFs, images, videos, and URL links. You can also link to cloud documents, including Google Docs and Dropbox.

Collaboration offers the following features for document management:

• Preview Documents. Preview a document before downloading it.
• Download Documents. Download any version of a document to your local PC for offline viewing and editing.
• Discuss Documents. Participate in discussions about documents with other members.
• Control Document Access. Control who can view and manage documents by assigning group access rights on document folders.
• File Versioning. Upload and manage multiple versions of a document.
• View Read History. Track who has accessed a particular document.
