Add People to a Conversation

You can add individuals and groups to a conversation to allow those members to view and add comments to it.

To add people to a conversation:

  1. Click the conversation to open it.
  2. In the Conversation Information dialog box, click the People tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click in the Add people field, and select the member or group you want to add. You can filter the list by typing the member or group's name. Repeat this step for every member or group you want to add.
  5. Click Save.
