Search for a Comment

If you do not want to search across all conversations using the Search feature, you can search for comments within a particular conversation.

To search for a comment:

1. Click the conversation in which you want to search for a comment in.
2. In the Conversation Information panel, click .
3. In the Search Comments field, enter the text that you want to search for. As you type, a list of matching comments displays under the search field. The list is ordered by the most recent comments first. You can search against multiple words. In this case, only comments that include all words you specify display in the list.
4. Do one of the following:
   • Click a comment in the drop-down list to navigate to it.
   • Click and to scroll through the comments in the conversation.
