Remove People from a Conversation

You can remove people from a conversation to prevent them from viewing and adding comments to it.

To remove people from a conversation:

1. Click the conversation to open it.
2. In the Conversation Information dialog box, click the People tab.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click for the member or group you want to remove. Repeat this step for all members and groups you want to remove.
5. Click Save.
