Manage Document Tags
You can categorize documents by adding space tags. Members of a space can then filter content by selecting one or more tags.
Tagging conversations and documents allows you to group similar content. For example, you might tag a group of conversations and documents by department or project. As a member of a space, you can add tags to any conversations and documents you have access to. When content is tagged, users can quickly find related content by selecting one or more tags to filter the content by when viewing the Conversations or Documents page of a space.
