Open an Opportunity Plan in Project View

If a plan exists for an opportunity that you have displayed in the Opportunities area of the Resource Planning workspace, you can open it in Project View to review or edit plan information.

Alternative: You can also navigate to Project View and use the Find project or opportunity field there to select the opportunity and display its plan.

To open the plan in Project View for the opportunity that is currently selected in the Opportunities area, complete the following step:

Click on the Opportunities toolbar.

Result: If your firm did not activate the CRM module, the plan displays in Project View.

If your firm did activate the CRM module, a menu displays. Click Open in Project View.
