Field	Description
NOTE	Enter or view additional notes about a competitor in NOTE. Click in NOTE to display toolbars that provide editing and formatting options: Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough Numbered lists Bulleted lists Text indent and alignment
Incumbent	Select Incumbent if the competitor is competing for the contract as the incumbent.
