Access a Profit and Loss by G/L Account Report

To access a cumulative profit and loss chart, complete the following:

1. Select the Cost Analysis module.

2. Select Organization as the in management context.

3. Navigate to the highest level of the Org./OBS structure in the organization navigation field.

4. In Reports & Actions, select C.O.P.2 Profit and Loss by G/L Account.

5. Click to open the report.

• Select P&L Based or Home Based.

• You can select a time frame from the drop-down list.

• You can filter the report to show All Accounts or other options.

• You can click the check box to View Qtrs.

6. Open the two reports side-by-side to compare the information presented. C.O.P.1 allows you to see which Org./OBS units at the next level down in the structure have contributed to the various financial line items of the P&L report.
