Use this screen to display summary cost information for top level direct
projects showing recent cost history. The columns include Total Cost and
Funding and activity by period for the last 7 accounting periods. You
can click on a Project ID to launch
the Projects Cost History (C.P.L.2)
report that displays tasks at the 2nd level below the selected project.
Clicking
opens the Burdened
Cost Breakdown (C.P.A.3) report that displays details for the selected
project. Only projects you have access to based on Org Security, Project
Authority, and Additional Project Reporting Rights will be displayed.
You can sort the report by Project, Title, Manager, and ITD Cost. You
can filter the report information by selecting a Cost Category such as
Labor and ODCs from the drop-down list.

Proj ID# |
This displays all the Proj ID numbers that the user is allowed to see based on the user’s security org ID. |
Project Title, Start/End Dates |
This information is brought in from Contract Master. |
Proj Mgr. |
The names are brought in from the Project Manager field in Contract Master. |
Funding |
This amount displays at the top project segment. |
Remaining |
A red number is a negative number and flags an overrun. If funding occurs at a lower level, navigate to that level to determine if it is positive or negative. |
ITD Cost |
This column displays cost from the date the project started to the date the report is run. |
Commit |
The numbers in this column reflect unposted labor and the unfulfilled amounts from open purchase orders. |
Month/Year |
Begins with the current month and shows data back six months. |
