Display All Notes

If notes have been attached to the dashboards, you can display all of them with one action.

To display all notes for the dashboards, complete the following steps:

1. Do either of the following:
   • Click on the toolbar.
   • Right-click anywhere on a dashboard except on a chart, table, or list, and click Show/Hide Notes on the shortcut menu.
2. To hide the Notes dialog box again, repeat either action from step 1, or click X in the upper-right corner of the Notes dialog box.
