Project Control helps you keep your projects running smoothly. You can manage project activities and monitor project progress.
Vision's Project Control tools and applications focus on the performance of your projects and the people who work on them.
The purpose of Vision Project Control is to help you keep your projects running smoothly, by providing you with the tools you need to manage project activities and monitor project progress. While you can use Vision Project Control by itself, it is designed to integrate with other Vision applications—such as CRM and Proposals—to provide you with a complete project management system.
Before you begin using Vision Project Control, you must enter basic information about each of your projects, including phases and tasks, if applicable. You must also enter basic information about your clients and your employees.
Using the information that you supply and the calculations Vision makes, you can then generate reports that show the status of your projects.
- The Project List report shows all of the data currently entered in the Project Info Center. Use this information to review and verify the data entered in your Info Center records.
- The CRM Project Summary report includes data from the current database for all project-related fields in the Info Center, grouped into default sections.
