Unsubmitting an expense report
You can only unsubmit an expense report if it has not yet been processed
(or approved, if your company requires approvals).
- From the Manage
menu, click Time & Expense.
- Click the My
Expenses tab.
- To see if an expense report
has been submitted, click
(Customize), select the Submitted check
box, and click OK.
The Submitted column appears on the window.
A check mark appears in that column for an expense report if it has been
submitted.
- Click the expense report
you want to unsubmit.
- Click the Unsubmit
button.
- Click Close.
