Locating an attachment folder
Before you begin
- Ensure that the attachment you want to locate is not a URL. You can locate only attachments that are shared files.
- If an attachment is highlighted in red, you cannot locate it. The highlighting is caused by one of the following:
- The linked file no longer exists.
- You do not have permission to view the file.
Correct by first unattaching the attachment and doing one of the following:
- Find the file and relink to it.
- Contact your network administrator for permission.
To locate an attachment folder
- In the Ajera window, click the Attachments
tab or button.
- Click the attachment you want to locate.
If the attachment is a URL, Ajera cannot verify
its path and the Show Folder button
is unavailable.
- Click the Show Folder button.
The attachment path and folder appear in Windows
Explorer.
