Inactivating a billing review stage
An inactive billing review stage cannot be used, but it
remains in the database and continues to appear on inquiries.
- From the Setup
menu, click Billing Review Stages.
- If the status of the items in the list is not visible, click
(Customize), select the Status check
box, and click OK. In the Status column, select All.
- Click the billing review stage
you want to make inactive, and click Edit.
- In the Status field, select Inactive.
- Click Save.
- Click OK.
