Deleting a payroll

You can delete a payroll only if no paychecks on it have been paid. After deleting a payroll, the hours entered for it on timesheets are then available for another payroll.


  1. From the Manage menu, click Payroll.
  2. Multi-company only. Select a company.
  1. Click the payroll you want to delete, and click the Delete button.
  2. Click Yes to delete it.
  3. Click Close.
