Client Statement
Use this statement to review outstanding invoice amounts for a client.
The statement includes a client's invoices, receipts, and prepayments
as of the statement date.
You can also select to print amounts for aging time periods (31-60,
61-90, 91-120, and over 120 days) and a unique message which corresponds
to each period.

From the Reports
menu, click Client > Client

Statement options
Statement as of
|
The statement contains invoice information as of this date, unless you
select a different date in this field.

Company
|
Multi-company only. The report contains information for all companies in your organization, unless you select
a specific company in this field.
|
Client
|
The statement contains information for all clients with invoices for
the period selected, unless you select a specific client in this field.
|
Project
|
The statement contains information for all projects with invoices for
the period selected, unless you select a specific project in this field.

After changing report options, click
(Refresh).
Customize options
Report title
|
The title you want to appear on the statement
|
Print unpaid invoices only
|
Select invoices to include: Unpaid only, Full detail without project
zero balances, or Full detail with project zero balances
|
Print company information
|
Select where you want to print your company information (name and address)
on the statement.
To position
a client address for an envelope window, be sure to select Left
- window envelope.
You can also select not to print it.
|
Print logo
|
If selected, it prints your company logo, which you identified when setting up company billing preferences.
|
Use billing contact
|
If selected, it includes the name of the client's billing contact under
the client name in the mailing address area of the statement.

Print aging
|
If selected, it prints the amounts that are past due for these time
periods: current, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 91-120 days, and over 120 days.
It also prints the total amount outstanding and total prepayments.

Include finance charges
|
If selected, it lists finance charges on the statement.
|
Limit to client balances greater than or equal to
|
The report prints only amounts that are equal to or greater than the
amount you enter.

Statement text
|
Text you enter in this field appears on the statement under the client
name and address. To fit the client address in a #10 window envelope,
limit your statement text to two lines.

Enter each message you want to appear on the statement when the account
is current and when there are past due amounts of 31-60 days, 61-90 days,
91-120 days, and over 120 days. Only the message corresponding to the
oldest unpaid balance appears on the statement.
