Client Invoice Aging report
Use this report to monitor cash flow and identify past-due accounts
for collection calls. View a summary of outstanding balances,
and drill into full detail of invoices and receipts.
An aging of outstanding items is available at every
level.
This report ages outstanding client invoices based on the invoice date or accounting
date.
To reconcile to the Accounts Receivable account on your Trial Balance
report, click (Customize), and select the Accounting Date option in the Basis field.
Note: |
- Billed amounts include invoice adjustments unless you select the Setup > Projects > Project Info tab > Billing subtab > Exclude from billed for reporting check box for an adjustment.
- When you change the status of a client invoice from Final back to Draft, the invoice is voided. The voided invoice number appears on the Client Invoice Aging report with no amount. If you select the Unpaid invoices only check box in the Customize options, voided invoices and paid invoices do not appear.
