Adding a wage table date range

You can specify multiple date ranges for a wage rate table so you can easily change rates for an employee.

  1. From the Company menu, click Payroll > Wage Rate Table and double-click the rate table you want.
  2. Click the blank row in the Date Ranges table.
  3. Enter the date you want to start using the rate table. You can leave the Through date blank if you do not know when you want to stop using the table.
  4. Enter or change information on the wage rate table, as needed.
  5. Click Save.
