Create a Risk-Adjusted Schedule Based on Risk Inputs

Creating scenarios based on risk inputs is useful when needing to re-calibrate a schedule based on the project's team uncertainty rankings.

To create a risk-adjusted schedule based on risk inputs, complete the following steps:

1. Select the S3 // Risk tab.
2. With the project selected in the Projects pane, in the Analysis group, click Build Scenario.
3. Select Scenario Based on Risk Inputs, then select either PERT or Distribution Median.
4. In the Analysis group, click Run Risk Analysis.
