  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

IPMDAR Cost Performance Export Options Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to export cost data to an IPMDAR file.

In order to export cost data to an IPMDAR file, you must first select IPMDAR Schedule Data in the Publish Data To group on the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box Platforms (IPMDAR) page. After you select this option, and you select a project in the Projects pane on the S1 // Project tab that is not an IPMDAR schedule project, Acumen enables the Publish > IPMDAR Schedule option on the S1 // Projects tab.

Field Description
Project Select the project that you want to export. The list includes all projects with cost data or cost-only snapshots in the workbook that were not imported from IPMDAR Contract Performance data. The field defaults to the project you selected in the Projects Pane if the project has a cost and can be exported.
Contract If you have previously imported a list of contracts, use the drop-down to select one, or click the ellipses button and use the Manage Contracts dialog box to add or edit a contract.
Contractor If you have previously imported a list of contractors, use the drop-down to select one, or click the ellipses button and use the Manage Contractors dialog box to add or edit a contractor.
Configure Structures Click to use the Configure Structures dialog box to select WBS and OBS cost fields, among other things.
Data Options Click to use the Data Options dialog box to specify whether the data is exported by control account or work package, among other things.
Export File Specify the IPMDAR file to which you want to export the data. You can enter a path and file name or click the ellipses to select a folder and file.
Append Month + Year to file name (MMMYY) Select this option to append the month and year to the file name. This is useful if you want to use the same file name every time you export because by adding MMMYY, it makes the filename unique.
