  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Add Mitigation Steps to Risk Events Using GenAI

You can add mitigation steps to risk events using Generative AI (GenAI).

This GenAI feature employs an artificial intelligence tool that utilizes publicly available information and proprietary data created and owned by Deltek. It is provided subject to the Acumen terms. Deltek does not independently verify the accuracy of each mitigation step. You are encouraged to independently review and verify the accuracy of the AI-generated mitigation steps.

To add mitigation steps to risk events using GenAI, complete the following steps:

  1. On the S3 // Risk tab, click Views > Risk Register.
  2. In the Risk Register grid, select the risk event to which you want to add mitigation steps.
  3. Click the Mitigation Steps icon to display the Mitigation Tab on the Details.
  4. Click Add Step.
  5. Select Generate Steps With AI.
    Note: If the Project Type and Project Location fields are incomplete, the Generate With AI dialog will display. Complete the necessary fields and click Generate for Acumen to generate mitigation steps.

    The generated mitigation steps will display with the AI icon in the Description field.

  6. Optional. Delete any steps that you do not want included and reorder steps as needed.
  7. Reorder the mitigation steps in the order you want.
  8. Complete the probability and impact information for each step.
  9. Optional. When you select a step, the Mitigation Notes field will display notes generated by the GenAI feature. You can edit this field manually as needed.
