Create the Reporting Calendar in Open Plan Using Cobra's Export Calendar

Use Cobra’s Export Calendar feature to create the reporting calendar in Open Plan.

To create the reporting calendar:

1. In Cobra, click Integration » Open Plan Calendar.

2. On the first page of the wizard, select the following values and complete the export.

• Calendar: The name of the fiscal calendar file to be exported. If you are using rolling wave (weekly earned value) in Cobra, you will need to export the weekly calendar to Open Plan. When you look at the Open Plan time-phased data, all budget appears in the last week. When the data comes over to Cobra, it will appear in the correct period.

• Calendar: The name of the calendar set file to be exported

• Reporting Calendar: The name of Open Plan calendar to be created.
