Security Access Rights and Plan Creation

Your Vision Security rights and assigned role determine the features that you can access when you use Vision Navigator.

If you have Full or Add/Modify access rights to Project Planning on the Record Access tab in Vision Role Security, you can create a plan in Vision Navigator if the project does not have a current plan in Vision Project Planning.

If your firm uses the Vision Multicompany feature and you create a plan in Vision Navigator, the project's company is automatically assigned to the Vision Navigator plan.

After you create a plan, you must have Full, Add/Modify, or Modify Only access rights to Project Planning on the Record Access tab in Vision Role Security in order to check out and make changes to the plan.
