Publish Plan Data from Vision Navigator to Vision

When you create a plan in Vision Navigator, the project is marked as having an associated plan, but the plan's data is stored in Vision Navigator. When the plan is ready, you can publish its data and share it with Vision. After you publish, Vision and Vision Navigator display the same plan information.

To publish plan data, complete the following steps:

1. Click Publish on the Command Bar. Vision Navigator saves the current plan and copies the values of the current plan and the most recently saved baseline to Vision. It also changes the plan to a published state. The same values are then visible in Vision Navigator and Vision. Vision Navigator asks you to confirm that you want to update Vision with Vision Navigator plan values.
2. Click Yes to publish the plan, and the most recent baseline plan, to Vision.
