You can access lookups in the Timesheet application to make it easier to enter timesheet data. Lookups are available wherever you see a
.
To open a lookup in a Timesheet field, complete the following steps:

Click
in a timesheet field.
The respective lookup displays. For example, if you are using one level WBS, the Project lookup displays and you can select a project record. However, if you are using a multiple level WBS and click the lookup button in the Phase field, the Phase/Task lookup displays and you can select the respective Phase and Task.

If you are using multiple WBS levels and the Project/Phase/Task lookups display, a
Sort drop-down list displays at the bottom of the dialog box. Use the Sort option to further sort the respective lookup list by
Name
or
Number.
If you change the Sort option, Navigator refreshes the contents of the current lookup dialog box.

Use the
Search feature to further refine your lookup results.

Select a record from the results.

Click
Finish.
