Kona is a collection of spaces that you can use to share conversations, events, tasks, and files. You can associate a Kona space with a Vision Navigator project and share the current project's information.
You must be configured to use Kona before you can integrate a Vision Navigator project with a Kona space. You must have access rights to the project and be a member of the Kona space in order to create an association between the two.
To share a project with Kona, complete the following steps:

Open a Vision Navigator project.

On the Change Kona Space dialog box, select the
Kona Space
that you want to associate with the project.
You can associate only one Kona space with each Vision Navigator project. When you select the project in Vision Navigator and open the Kona pane, the associated space displays.

In Vision Navigator, click the
Kona icon.

Click the Kona space image to open Kona in a new instance and use its features and functions.
