Setting Options Overview
Use the Options menu to select personal settings, check in plans, and view usage statistics.
- Check in a Vision Navigator Plan
When you check out a plan, it is not available to other users until you check it back in. Even though Vision Navigator automatically checks in a plan when you are finished with it, there may be situations in which you must manually check it in. - Check Out a Vision Navigator Plan
To edit Vision Navigator settings or to make changes to a Navigator plan record, you must first check out the plan. No other user can modify the plan while you have it checked out. - Select Your Vision Navigator Settings
You can specify personal Vision Navigator settings for date formats, decimal and digit grouping symbols, and so on. If you use Kona integration, you can also specify your Kona email address and password. - Enable Usage Tracking
The Usage Tracking feature sends Navigator's high-level usage statistics to Deltek. Deltek uses this information to monitor application use levels and to develop the product. - Check in Plans Dialog Box
The Check In Plans dialog box displays a list of all Navigator plans that are checked out that you can check in. - Plan Settings Dialog Box
Use the Plan Settings dialog box to specify multiplier, rate, and calendar scale settings for your plans. These settings only apply to Navigator plans and are not available when you view a Vision plan in Navigator. - My Settings Dialog Box
Use the My Settings dialog box to specify date formats, decimal and digit grouping symbols, and project sort functionality. If you use Kona integration, you can also specify your Kona email address and password.
