View Benefit Hours
You can see your benefit accrual information directly from the Timesheet form.
The benefit information that displays on the form is based on the benefit accrual codes defined in
Configuration
> Accounting
> Time Analysis
> Benefit Accrual Setup.
To view benefit hours, complete the following steps:
- Open the timesheet for which you want to view benefit hours.

On the Timesheet toolbar, click
Show
> Benefit Hours.
Vision displays the Benefit Hours dialog box, which displays data for each benefit accrual code defined in Benefit Accrual Setup, such as vacation or sick leave. Data displayed includes the starting balance, current year earned and taken hours, and the current balance.
- Click OK to close the Benefit Hours dialog box and return to the Timesheet form.
