After you finish adding data to the SF255 form tabs, you can merge the data, using SF255 merge templates, to make a formatted SF255 proposal. - Add
Project Descriptions
Add project descriptions to block 8 and block 9 of the SF255 proposal. The descriptions come from the Project Info Center > Background tab > Descriptions grid. - Select Graphics for an SF255 Proposal
If graphics files are connected to an employee or project record on the Files tab of the Employees or Projects Info Center, you can use the Select Graphics option to enter the graphic file into Block 7, 8, or 9 of an SF255 proposal. - Build a Resume by Category
For each employee that you add in Block 7, the Build a Resume by Category option is available in Block 7g on the Employees tab of the SF255 form. To build a resume, you select text categories for the employee on the Resumes tab of the Employees Info Center record. - Build a Resume by Query with

You can build a Resume by Query from any project record, whether or not the employee is included on the Team tab of the Projects Info Center. - Specify Employee Layout for an SF255 Proposal
The Employees tab of the SF255 form displays two employees per page, which is the standard government format. However, you can choose to display one employee per page in the merged or printed SF255 proposal. You can also mix page layouts, with two employees on one page, and one employee on the next.
