You can enter information about general ledger account balances prior to the installation cutoff date.
To enter historical account balance information, complete the following steps:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click
.

On the Account Balances History form, select the organization for which you want to enter balances.
Use the Quick Find feature, click
Search to use a Lookup dialog box, or click the
Folder icon beside the
Search field to use a previously saved search.

Complete the fields on this form.

To save your changes, click
Save.
