You can use Desktop Integration to search Info Center records for matching text.
To search the
Vision Info Centers from your Windows® desktop, complete the following steps:

In the notification area of your Windows taskbar, right-click the Deltek
Vision Quick Launch icon (), or click
Deltek Vision on the toolbar of the Add-Ins tab in Outlook, Word, or PowerPoint.

Select
Search Deltek Vision.

In the
Search Text field, enter a search value.
The search is limited to
Vision Info Center information. The Search tool searches only the name fields in the
Vision database to find matching records and only retrieves records to which you have security access.

Click
Search.
Vision returns a list of all records with a name that contains the search value.
