You can use
Vision Desktop Integration to create and save a new
Vision contact from your Windows® desktop.
To create a contact from your Windows desktop, complete the following steps:

Right-click the Deltek
Vision Quick Launch icon () in your system tray or click
Deltek Vision on the toolbar of the Add-Ins tab in Outlook.

Select
Create Contact.

Complete the fields on the Deltek
Vision - Create New Contact dialog box.
This dialog box only reflects
Vision's standard, system-defined fields and labels. No custom fields display.

Click
Save and Close or
Save and New.
