Description
Combine Existing Units
Select this option if you want to consolidate existing units.
Vision allows you to enter an existing unit number in the
New Unit field.
Unit
Select the unit(s) you want to change by performing one of the following actions:
Click
Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Unit lookup to select one unit.
Click
Lookup/Insert to display the Unit lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all units.
Name
Displays the name of the unit.
The same unit number can have different names in different tables. When you use Quick Find to fill this field, the name that displays is the name from the first table found that contains the unit. Therefore, if the unit is in the default table,
Vision displays the name associated with the unit in that table.
Click this field to go to the Unit Info Center, where you can modify unit data.
New Unit
You can enter a new unit number. If you selected the
Combine Existing Units option, you can enter an existing unit number.
