Contact Audit

The Contact Audit report shows the user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Contact Info Center. If a contact record is deleted, the name of the contact is blank wherever that contact is listed on the report.

For a comparison of old and new values by column name, generate the Contact Audit Detail report.

Configuration Setting

This report is only available if your system administrator has enabled Info Center auditing.
