Performance Dashboard Procedures Overview
You can display performance dashboards in Vision on your Vision Dashboard or by previewing them from Reporting (Reporting > Performance Management). After you display a dashboard, you can apply filters, drill down to detail, and share the dashboard with others.

The system administrator can make performance dashboards available, as a dashparts, to all or selected Vision users. Those users can then select the dashparts that they want to include on their Vision Dashboard. If they have the required access, users can also create their own Web dashparts for performance dashboards. - Share Dashboards with Others
To share the contents of a performance dashboard with others, you can send a link to it in an email message or you can embed it in a Web page. - Create and Use Custom Views

You can export an image of a performance dashboard in a Portable Network Graphics (.PNG) image file or an Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (.PDF) file. and then, for example, annotate it in a graphics application or in Acrobat, distribute it by email, or print it. - Filter Dashboards
Each of the performance dashboards includes a set of filter lists at the top that you can use to filter the data. As you select values, Vision updates the dashboard based on your selections. - Analyze Dashboard Data
The performance dashboards are not static graphical views of your data. In addition to applying filters, you can interact with the charts directly to drill down to underlying detail, hover over data points to display numeric values, and remove extraneous data from the display so you can focus on key values. - Refresh Dashboard Data
If you think the displayed dashboard view does not reflect the current data in the Analysis Cubes, you can load the most recent data for that view. You can also temporarily pause a dashboard's automatic data updates if they interfere with your ability to interact with the filters and charts.
