Use the billing reports to review and analyze your billing information.

The settings on the tabs in the Options dialog box for a report determine what data the report contains, how the data is formatted, and the sequence in which the data appears. - Billing Terms Audit

The Fee Remaining report provides a summary of fee billing status. It calculates the remaining fee amount for a project, phase, or task by subtracting previous fee billing from the total fee. Review the Fee Remaining report before you generate invoices. - Invoice Approval
The Invoice Approval report provides an audit trail of comments and the current approval status of Billing invoices that go through an invoice approval process. - Missing Billing Terms List
The Missing Billing Terms List shows the project number and project name of each project that does not have billing terms. - Unbilled Detail and Aging Report
The Unbilled Detail and Aging report displays the transactions that have been posted but not yet been billed as of the date you specify in the Bill-thru Date or Bill-thru Period fields on the Options tab in the Options dialog box. The report name is "Unbilled Detail and Aging" if you specify aging columns for it. If you do not, the report name is "Unbilled Detail." - Unbilled Summary Report
For each project, phase, and task, the Unbilled Summary report shows billable, written-off, and held amounts for labor, consultants, expenses, and units. It also shows total amounts billed for each project, phase, and task since the project began.
