To produce checks using Vision, you must obtain appropriate check stock that matches the check template and format that you choose for Vision Accounts Payable, Employee Expense, and Payroll checks.
United States Check Stock, W-2 Forms, and 1099 Forms
You can obtain United States check stock and forms from several vendors that work with Deltek. The W-2 Forms often change from year to year. A notice of any W-2 Form changes is included with the year-end Vision Payroll application announcement, which you receive at the end of December.
Canadian Check Stock
You can obtain Vision Canadian check stock from Artina.
United Kingdom Check Stock
Vision provides a United Kingdom check template that is in a standard layout commonly used by United Kingdom banks.
