You can designate a primary contact and primary
client for an opportunity.
Use the
Primary Contact field on the General tab of the Opportunity Info Center form to enter one contact record and define that contact as the primary contact for the opportunity. When you enter a contact in this field, the contact's information displays on the
Clients/Contacts tab of the Opportunity Info Center form.
Similarly, you can use the
Primary Client field on the General tab of the Opportunity Info Center form to select one
client record and define that
client as the primary
client for the opportunity. When you enter a
client in this field, the
client's information displays on the
Clients/Contacts tab of the Opportunity Info Center form.
