You can establish settings in
User Options that apply only to you, such as your startup settings or printer preferences.
In User Options you can do the following:
- Set startup and viewing options.
- Change your
Vision and Customer Care passwords.
- Set lookup, search, and retrieval options.
- Enable and disable activity reminders.
- Set reporting and printer preferences.
- Select projects, clients, contacts, opportunities, and activities to download to Mobile Timesheet, Expense Report, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) applications on mobile devices.
Display Settings
You can modify the
Vision user interface according to your preferences. You can customize the display of forms, menus, grids, and navigation. When you modify and save preferences in Display Settings,
Vision stores these settings in your Windows user profile. These settings are specific to you and are loaded when you log in.
