View Line Items Associated with a Vendor

You can view all line items associated with a vendor in the Vendor dialog box.

To add default vendors:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Purchasing > Purchase Requisitions.
  2. On the Purchase Requisitions form, select a purchase requisition record.
  3. Click the Default Vendors tab and select the Need Price Quote checkbox.
  4. In the Default Vendors grid, add a default vendor.
  5. Hover on a vendor line item and at the end of the row, click View Item.
    The Vendor dialog box displays the Vendor Items grid where all line items associated with the selected vendor are displayed.
