View Billing Information at Lower WBS Levels

In Interactive Billing, you can view billing information for phases or tasks.

To display billing information for a lower-level work breakdown structure (WBS) element:

1. In the Navigation pane, select Billing > Interactive Billing.
2. Specify billing session options on the Billing Session Options dialog box if it displays, and click OK.
3. On the Interactive Billing form, enter a complete or partial name or number in the Find project lookup field to find and select the project.
4. Click next to the project name.
   The work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project displays on the Project Structure dialog box.
5. In the project structure, locate and click the WBS element for which you want to display data.
